We have been going to Reality Martial Arts in Quakertown for some time now. The warm environment, professional training, and the best value for your buck, creates for a very rewarding time for the whole family. The diversity in services is remarkable.

There is a children's karate program, to help them get the basic karate skills which help to grow both body and mind. My son loves it. He is usually tired at the end of training, this calms him down, so as a parent we get the reward also. :D He looks forward to going to Reality Martial Arts all the time, even takes the time to practice at home when reminded. In the winter time, there are cold days which doesn't help with children's exercising, but with Karate it's a year round program.

Of course there is an adult Shotokan Karate program. With teachers who I've seen concentrate on helping their students become the best in this ageless style.

Now for the solution that troubles us all, weight gain. This time of year(winter) gaining a few pounds is easy, and this creates some guilt leading to those typical weight loss New Years Resolutions. We there is a very high-energy program to get the blood pumping, and the sweat flowing. Their Kick Boxing Program. You can actually see dedicated clients get leaner and healthier over a short time from this program. The good thing is you will get motivated by being surrounded by other happy clients, and a very attentive instructor, but still can move at your own pace. Great for the novice, and the expert fitness enthusiast. Well worth trying out and working on getting to completing that New Year's resolution.

As for me, the most important feature of Reality Martial Arts is the MMA program (Mixed Martial Arts). Yes in Quakertown, real MMA program, given by, attended by, people who actually compete in Mix Martial Arts. The atmosphere for their MMA program is designed to get out of it, what you put in. Meaning, if you are a novice you can get some really great rewards from just trying. If you are an expert, or want to actually compete in MMA, you get to work with actual Mixed Martial Arts contenders what can help you become a better competitor.

So from the time I put into this review, I am a very happy customer, and more importantly a happy Dad of a very happy Son. Reality Martial Arts is well worth the time and travel to get the best instruction in martial arts. Clearly a regional leader in martial arts instruction.
