Driveway Concepts

When first contacting driveway concepts in May of 2015 they were very easy to work with, giving me a quote in less then one week. After signing the contract however everything went down hill. We were scheduled to have our driveway repaired 5 times. Three times was canceled due to weather all of which we were never called to reschedule I had to call them. The fourth time they never came to my residence. I called the company and spoke with the owner Joe. He apologized for all the miscommunication and upgraded the services we were to receive. Now it's July 23, 3015 we were put on the schedule on Monday July 20 to receive our repairs today. My husband drove by our house on his lunch break and called me saying no one was there so I called driveway concepts to make sure we were on the schedule. The scheduler Kathy then told me that they were unable to perform there services at my house. The owner Joe was the one who upgraded my service and now all of a sudden can not complete them? Stay away from this company! They are a scam!
