Dynasty Pools

Hello everyone,

I'm not that person that writes bad reviews , but I'm a concerned one now , after today. Be very careful when selecting a pool contractor to install a pool at your residence this so called company installed a so called top of the line in ground pool on my property close to 2 years ago but only the pet air was top notch ,because the actual pool is starting to disintegrate after only 2 years of sun and rain. I called today to report the issue and spoke to the main person in charge of the family owned business Jeff Mitchell and after mentioning the issue he claimed their is no warranty after installation and that nothing can be done over the matter. I mentioned how can something so expensive not have any warranty especially after it being built not even 2 years ago. He got very angry and threaten me if I should write any bad reviews about his so called company he would come after me.Point of the story is please if you care of your families investment look elsewhere
