NWMS Rocks!! Sometimes some people I have heard have bad, and good experiences at all dealers. Mine started ok with these guys over the phone getting a deal worked up. They were decent on my trade in and got me a great rate on a older 2002 Dodge Cummins. My trouble began when 100 miles down the road the Torque Converter went out in this truck!!! I was not happy. Called the dealer thinking they would tell me to get bent and I'm on my own being 10hrs from home which I drove from NV to get this truck btw. Mr. Carmine Ostrem went out of his way on good faith and had my truck repaired for me!!! Then when I got home the Injection Pump and Fuel pump went out!! What a Nightmare, NWMS came to my aid Again!! helped me out so I can use this truck.

I have purchased two vehicles from northwest Motorsport one was a 2006 dodge 1500 with 86,000 miles on it. The other was a 93' Toyota tercel with 156,000 miles on it. The Toyota was for my son who is in high school and fit his needs perfectly. I still own the dodge and love it. I have had to do the normal and required maintance on my truck and have had no mechanical problems with it. I am confident that both vehicles were check out thourly befor I purchased them. Again" no major problems with either vehicle since I purchased them I will recommend northwest motorsport to all my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase. Thank you northwest motorsport for the great service and I will be back for my next purchase.

My husband and I have been searching for a new truck for what seems like weeks now. We drove pretty far out of our way to see the selection at Northwest Motor Sports. We were not disappointed. The sales guy we were working with was awesome; he really did care about our finances and finding us the perfect truck. We drove off the lot that day with our new 2005 Chevy Silverado.

I went in to Northwest having just been abused by two other big dealerships. Northwest was the last stop on my list, and I almost didn't make the trip. I'm glad I did. What a refreshing change from the other two! They actually asked me what I wanted, took the time to go over the car. The deal was right, and they took the time to really help me.

Love that their specialize in trucks; they have way more selection that regular dealerships, as far as big vehicles go.

I've been bugging Todd with a rare F-350 / 7.3L combo, and he found me the perfect truck. I'll be back in a few months to buy a 2007-08 Tahoe from Todd. Northwest Motorsport is a good place for purchasing vehicles, they stand by there word. It is good to see the volume of vehicles they go through buy difficult for a person that is out of the area to be able to drive here and hope the vehicle is still there. But all in all had a good experience.

Rick has to be the most professional car dealer we have ever met. I was very pleased to be treated with such respect and consideration. He made us feel important, and took care of all our worries and needs. We appreciated his straightforward and honest approach.
