Domino's Pizza

Ordered 4 pizza for a party. Get one of the pizza completely stuck to the top half of the box. Called them back and told them what happen and I have a photo of the pizza showing everything. Ask for a refund since there is no reason to ship out another one since we have already started eating and by the time it arrives everyone will be done. The GM says there is nothing we can do besides sending out another one which to me is just a poor answer. I even asked for a in store credit for one and she says no. Top notch customer service you can tell when they care less about there customer and only about taking your money.

I give this Dominos a 5-star rating! Not because of the food, since I've never had any pizza from this location - but because of the EXTRA and EXCELLENT service I got from Manager, Sean!

I called to ask if they delivered to my city and he informed me that his store does not deliver to me, but he checked 2 or 3 other locations to try and find one that does deliver to my address. He went way over and above with great customer service. Good job, Sean!
