List of problems after the first repair: paint over-spray on plastic by windshield, major paint over-spray on the hood, front bumper was not repaired at all, trunk lid that was misaligned due to the accident was still misaligned, sanding scratches not painted over inside driver door frame, broken taillight was not replaced, rear trunk lid handle was now loose, and the new sideview mirror they installed had a crack in the turn signal.
Rob called and said he fixed all of these issues. After the second repair, 5 of the 8 problems weree still unfinished. I called and asked to speak to the Puyallup manager, Donna, who said that she worked hard alongside Rob to make sure the car was repaired properly and completely. Clearly, dishonesty and shoddy work is what to be expected from Abra, regardless of who does or supervises the work. As an added bonus, the Kent Abra refused to finish the repairs not completed by the Puyallup location.
