The Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut is one of the programs administered by Day Kimball HomeCare, which is a nonprofit, Medicare-certified organization. Operational since 1983, the program includes a range of care and support services for terminally ill patients. It features palliative care solutions for pain relief and symptom control purposes.
