Knowledgeable owner at first impression, but their lack of efficiency is evident after a few late days or a few no show days with no calls to tell you other wise. Owner is more interested in telling you about what he has done in the past than make sure your job is finished completely. Their workers lackadaisical attitude about showing up gets old. Did not finish work, did not provide electrical plans as agreed upon, wrong material ordered and still tried to install.

Good ol boy demeanor is quaint at first but watch your out because they will play you for a fool. You have to hound them for updates and to make deadlines. If you can't reach them after a few calls try a different number to call them, they are very efficient at knowing who is on their caller ID and they screen their calls!!
