        Overall

        So far our experience here has been phenomenal. Through this hard time that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy, no mother should lose a baby/child. They have sat down and taken so much time w me to make sure our Princesses stone is perfect, from colors, to polish, which shape, etching her footprints, so far we are pleased and very hopeful that we are going to love her headstone. Thank you Btowns & staff for being so wonderful!!!! I can't wait to see the finished product...:)
