Provided by DexKnowsI brought a carburetor in for rebuilding. Dave gave me an estimate for repair, asked when I needed it back and took my name and number. Later that evening, he left me a message that it was ready to pick up......I was shocked. So rare that people are so customer oriented!!!!. The carburetor looked new, the price was as quoted(very reasonable), and done so quick. If you have a bike that needs repair...take it to these guys they will treat you right.

Provided by DexKnowsDave, Dan and Randy took my recently purchased 1999 Honda Valkyrie; worked a week on it and put new parts in it, and when I picked it up, it was like I had a new motorcycle! These guys are not out to gouge you or to upsell you on parts. It is clear to see they have a love for motorcycles and they treated me with respect. It cost me less to have the carburetor fixed than I thought. I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with their motorcycle and wants work done right the first time. Dave even went all the way to Sarasota to get a spare key made for me...I don't patronize a place because they have a big fancy store and lots of extra staff waiting around to sell me something. What T & E Cycle offers is a true motorcycle shop. That is all. Good, honest work done on your motorcycle for a fair price.

Provided by DexKnowsThe "Gods" were smiling on me when I broke down near Arcadia, and someone told me there was a place in Punta Gorda that could "fix me up". My bike "limped" into T & E Cycle around 3 pm, and David and the guys performed their "magic" to get me back on the road by noon the next day. They expedited a rear wheel bearing from Texas (overnight), changed my chain, made me a temporary clutch push rod, found an oil seal that would work, and grinded me a spare sprocket that would work in an emergency. Everything held up fine. I completed my Florida trip and made it back to Toronto, Canada. As their business card reads "An Old-Fashioned Motorcycle Repair Shop" - it's totally accurate! No dealer could do what they did. Although I've since replaced their "makeshift" parts with stock pieces, they did such an excellent job, that I plan to keep their pieces in case of future emergencies. Many thanks to David and the guys at T & E Cycle. They are the best!! You will be in good hands!Peter
