Identity Salon Day Spa

I tried this salon out multiple times, really wanting it to work for me. Spotty results, different stylist each time, no follow through by reception staff. Looks somewhat nice, but not very clean, hair on the floor under my chair a couple of times. I was disappointed. Big city salons put this place to shame. I really wish they would step up, be more professional and give better results.

Really 0 stars because this place was uninviting, expensive, and my nails looked horrible! Its bad when I feel I can paint them better with my left hand!
