Overall

Trying to set up new waste pickup service for our residence, was referred to this company by Waste Management (who we used in the past but is not available in this area); tried to call, but got message "the voicemail is full, try again later", no other options, no hours of service, no website to be able to even try to set up service. Nicely, the Yelp website listed some alternative companies on the same page; I will try another business!

Overall

I had them for a year now and could not ask for a better service. They always answer the phone and the owner has even stopped a talked to me a few times. I would not switch to city service.

These people are thieves.

We paid for a month of pickup. We were told that it was 20.00 a month for their services but because we had a few extra garbage bags that it might cost a few dollars more. They came to pick and and charged us $25.00. The next week no one showed up, and same with the following. I had called them to fix the problem and they said they charged us 25.00 dollars for a one time pick up and that we were not even in their system. I told him that we would not have paid that much for someone to pick up 5 garbage bags and that he was incorrect on the services we paid for and he HUNG UP. I called back only to get cursed at very unprofessionaly! He said he would not return any of our money nor complete their job. These people are thieves and very disrespectful to customers who potentially pay their bills! Use Allie, the other garbage pickup in town, because no one could possibly be as worse as these crooks!

Cox seems to always leaves something behind and never takes off the entire load of trash. Plus, their "envelope" accounting only causes confusion. They are constantly showing missed payments when they are paid regularly. And even when you show that they cashed the check, they STILL claim to have not received the payment... So frustrating. I wish they would upgrade their accounting to something more professional so they could keep up with their customers. Then when you call, nobody answers and you have to keep calling back over and over to try to get someone. SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!
