        NO, I got screwed, don't even think about it! These people are greedy jerks. There was a fire in a unit near mine. When I couldn't pick up my belongings right away they moved my belongings to a moblie outdoor unit breaking several things. I got estimates for repairing and restoring my belongings from smoke damage and cleaning the thick layer of greasy soot and ash, the damage to my belongings was between $6,000.00 and $7,000.00 dollars. The building was renovated and repaired. I can't imagine they didn't get compensated handsomely for damage and loss of income from their insurance yet they refused to help or compensate for anything and screwed their tenants. They would not move my belongings back into my unit. I was then evicted because my belongings were dirty and smelled like smoke. The only thing with extensive smoke damage that wasn't removed is the belligerent, and rude, yellow toothed manager that reeks of cigarette smoke. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
