        Need assistance

        Service is great I deal alot with the cell phone dept. and the staff is AWESOME! The only thing lately is I have not been able to reach anybody when I call any number you press it takes you to a recording. Last night I was on hold for an hour and 10 min and only because I hung up it said i was 2nd in line. I called again this morning and the same thing.Please if somebody could check into this.
