        Fast and exceptional quality

        We bought a spec home in Sandy that just needed the backyard landscaped. We got 4 bids, the last one from Trotter.

        We are *thrilled* with the outcome! The crew was there right when they said they would be and were there everyday all day rain or shine. They removed some debris (including some concrete), graded, dug a trampoline hole and installed the steel surround, put a sprinkler system in with a drip system for the plants, built a rock wall and laid sod and were done in ONE week! It looks beautiful.

        The owner was easy to contact and work with. We mentioned 2 small areas that we wanted looked at at the end (more sod in one area and some dirt levelled out in another and they were taken care if at no extra charge that same evening.

        Btw, their bud was around $3,000 cheaper than 2 other bids, and $23,000 cheaper than one crazy bid we got from Big Rock Landscaping (don't even waste your time with them).

        Overall, we *highly* recommend Trotter Landscaping--honest, reliable, quick, and priced right.
