The ring I had designed (in detail) was nothing like the ring I was presented with. The actual quality/value of the diamonds was far below what Alan Blom appraised them at (by thousands of dollars).



When trying to resolve the matter, he refused my phone calls.

Alan Blom was able to get my wife an extraordinary ring for our 10th anniversary for less than I would find at any retail outlet with the custom quality of a personal jeweler. Alan is wonderful to work with. He is very personal, and gets you a good price for what you want.



I told him my budget for a ring, and he helped me get the engagement ring and the wedding band to fit in my budget. And we also got more diamond for our money then we would of got anywhere else.



After taking my girlfriend to look at different rings with Alan, I figured out what kind of rings she liked then I went back and chose the one that Alan and I thought was right.



To make a long story short, she loves the ring and we are engaged to be married in a few months.
