I have had a great experience with CRD and I look forward to working with them to keep my wife happy and her ring looking great. I worked mainly with Rene and he was so helpful. I went in three times before making the ring and spent at least an hour with him each time. Of course they are going to treat you like kings and queens, as do all companies trying to sell you something. But the difference is their easiness to work with. It is very easy to just go in or to call or text them. They may not respond right away, but Rene has ALWAYS got back to me. I recommend CRD to anyone who is looking for a good deal and wanting great customer care.

My experience was almost exclusively with Renee, so my review mostly encapsulates his service at Custom Ring Design. From the very beginning Renee was professional and courteous and did what he could to help me get the best ring on my budget. I explained to him what I wanted and what my budget was and he made some pretty bold promises that he could deliver. He worked with me personally on diamond selection and ring design. Throughout this three week process of ring design and selection he was always on time with his promises. There was never a time where he didnt deliver what he said he would. The final price on the ring was much less (and I mean like 40% less) than what other competitors were trying to sell of same or lower quality. Its my opinion that Renee will help anyone out if they are willing to talk with him honestly and candidly about what they want. I would definitely recommend Custom Ring Design to those that want the best quality for the best price. Jeremy

My fiance bought my diamond and band here.. and I LOVE it! I originally was going to go with a ring from fred meyer jewlers, but my fiance went to CRD and brought in a paper with the item # from the band at fred meyer jewlers and they custom made it just like it.. But BETTER! Not only was the band amazing but the diamond is breathtaking, i've never seen one sparkle the way mine does :) my fiance said that the customer service was amazing as well. Overall GREAT experience!!!
