RI Free Clinic provides high-quality health care and preventative services to RI adults who earn below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and who do not have health insurance or cannot afford to purchase these services. Patients at the Clinic have a medical home and receive: 1. Primary Care, 2. Specialty Care, 3. Labs and Diagnostics, 4. Medications, 5. Wellness Programs, and 6. Health Education thanks to volunteers, medical professionals, community partners and donors. COME VISIT US We are located at 655 Broad Street, 3rd Floor, Providence, RI 02907. To be accepted as a new patient you must bring the following 3 documents and meet eligibility guidelines: 1. CURRENT PICTURE ID 2. LETTER OR BILL WITH YOUR NAME AND CURRENT ADDRESS 3. YOUR TAX RETURN, OR YOUR MOST RECENT TWO PAY STUBS, OR YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT, TDI, OR SSI DOCUMENTS NO INCOME? No problem.
