some courtesy! This place does shoddy work-- they clearly do not care about actual clothing. The rude woman behind the counter would not let me point out all of my stains, but assured me that each item is thoroughly checked before washing. My clothes were returned to me with a hefty bill and MANY stains left on them. These were stains of the same type as other which were removed, so clearly they were capable of removing these stains, but neglected to do so. I have used many cleaners in other cities before, and they have all been thorough enough to care for my clothes. In New York, I had a good relationship with my cleaner, who knew I cared for my clothes and removed every stain without me having to point them out. I have gone to Coutesy cleaners several times, and the woman at the counter is rude in spite of my continued patronage of their establishment. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS CLEANERS. I do not understand how a company like this could be so shoddy with their work. They clearly are not concerneed with doing a good job. DO NOT use this cleaners if you want your clothes to be taken care of.
