Anna's Prospect Pizza

Very poor service and they never want to take their own coupons. I am not talking about expired coupons either. Very very poor customer service!!!

I absolutley agree with that "Bad apple" guy when ordering food you should always make sure that you know what you are buying . its just nonsense honestly and i completely DISAGREE with what that person said about ANNAS pizza . ive been going there for so long and noone has ever gotten sick . I just think how weird is it that the pizza competition is going on and all of a sudden someone has gotta sick bcus of the pizza. i just find this unbelivable ANNAS is by far THE BEST pizza place in PROSPECT . DO NOT listen to what ONE opinion of someone who doesnt know great pizza when they have it HOMETOWN does not even compare to ANNAS pizza . If it was up to me ANNAS would be the winner of this pizza competition i just hope more people feel the exact same way ! i love ANNAS pizza i will continue to go no matter what ONE snotty uptight person has to say. The staff is AWESOME and very polite and understanding keep it up ANNAS crew !!

If you're stupid enough to order food without knowing the ingredients it's your own fault.stop trying to ruin perfectly great pizza.Next time use common sense when ordering food.I've been enjoying Anna's for four years now, the food is excellent, and the staff is great.For my money, i don't know where i can get a better pizza.Thank you Anna's keep up the good work.

Don't recommend- Ordered white pizza, turns out after getting sick and calling to find out what the sauce was.... there is no special white sauce as the menu claims. It's MAYONAISE. The rude person answering the phone had an attitude, and stated, "I don't know what you want." I went down to speak to the manager/possible owner- and he questioned me as to how 2 people were sick after eating his pizza, "with mayonaise?" "I sell it all the time." Ok, well when running a business it's nice to ask first, if there is anything you can do for me instead of implying your opinion. Very rude, and too many other better places in town to eat!

Their pizza is really good and really big. I loved their food. Really good prices

The people here make you feel at home. The service is great but the food here is even better. I would recommend this place to everyone because it will meet and exceed your expectations.

Customer service is horrible. Delivery guy was completely unprepared to make any change and attempted to rip us off. The bill was $27.00 and we had 2- $20.00 bills. He expected us to just give him the entire change. We offered a check which he took and we gave him a tip and he left. Just as we sat down to eat the food he came back again and said they won't accept checks yet he still had NO change! We had to call a neighbor to bring us change as this guy just remained standing on out porch the whole time. The manager was a nightmare to deal with but finally offered a free pizza as consolation. When we called to place another order, we tried to order a salad and our free pizza and the manager refused to deliver the pizza to us. Of course he himself never had the the respect to get on the phone with us personally but instead made the poor girl working the phone contact us post order to tell us they won't fill order. George the manager is rude and disrespectful. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Just the opposite. STEER CLEAR! Hometown Pizza is much better in both food and excellent service!!!!! I would give 0 Stars for this place!
