The knot gave this store 4 stars- why???? I haven't a clue. They are horrible. Owner is flighty, never gets back to you like they say, and does the switcher-roo at the end. My dress was altered and they nickel and dime you. They don't listen to what you want. I asked for 1/2 inch total to be take out just in my hip area of my dress. Instead they took an inch out on each side. Only to tell them to take it back in an inch on the top and half an inch on the hips. Of which they charged me extra to do. Where's the customer service in that??? I had to pay more because you didn't listen to me? Or because you didn't follow the notes you made?? I paid to have it pressed so there was no wrinkles- picked up the dress and guess what - there's wrinkles. Had to steam it my self. And I bought a slip for under neath the dress and it never "came in". Even though they "ordered" it 8 wks before my wedding. She tried to sell me the one that everyone else tries on for half. No thank you! Asked for a refund and I was informed it would take awhile since she needs to call her accountant. So interpretation- I won't see any of that money. DO NOT GO THERE- there are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

They don't deserve one star. When we first began looking at bridesmaid dresses the person that worked here was not knowledgable in which dresses came in which color so it was difficult to find a dress in the exact color we wanted. The dresses were ordered with 7 months before the wedding and we did not receive them until one month before the wedding only after the bride calling the place every day. The dresses came in the wrong color and then took even more time to fix. Not sure why it takes 7 months to receive a dress unless they come from China or other countries. They kept telling us dates that the dresses would be done but were never done on those dates. This whole place is very unprofessional and I would never ever suggest this for any bridal party. Brides and their bridesmaids should have an experience to feel like a princess but this place brought nothing but stress and worry. Very very disappointed in this service! Unorganized!!

They are lucky I am even giving them 1 star. My best friend is getting married in less than a month and our bridesmaid dresses are still not here! We ordered them over 8 months ago. HER dress also took about 7 months to get in. Everytime we call to check on the status of the dresses (which has been months of phone calls) we keep getting told "anyday now" super frustrating! Don't waste your time with this place. Save yourself the added stress. They are not organized AT ALL.

DO NOT waste your money. Poor customer service. I ordered a dress and paid an express shipping charge on top of the $30,00 ship charge. Guaranteed to be in by the first of the month. I was leaving for my wedding on 17th. I had to call several times a nd most of the time i wouldnt get A response. !! now were 3 days out, the alterations lady was incrediably rude and in a hurry. i kept explaining that my chest were hanging out and the bodice needed to be taken in more. She charged me $65 and when i paid, she told me that there would be an additional charge of $15 when i pick it up. I said i shouldnt have to pay for this, ewhen my dress was 17 days late arriving and all the stress now added to the fact that we are on our 3rd alteration. she said "well i should have never ordered this dress anyways, i hardly made any money on it". I asked for the express shipping back, she said she couldnt do that and she would throw in the $15 chest cups instead. Next day, tried it on and still didnt fit (1 day before we left). the chest area was poofed out and when i bent over you could see all of my chestha was hanging out, not just cleavage-HANGING out. the seamstress told me she did not have time to take out the cups and no more time to alter it again. to go buy some of the fashion tape to hold it against my body. I got home and tried it on with the tape. I ended up in the closet crying. We called everyone and looked up seamstresses. WE got a name of someone and she was willing to let us come out at 8pm. She said she would have it done by 4pm for our trip. She stated that the job ALL ABOUT BRIDES did on the dress was terrible and if she had the time, sdhe would have taken it all apart and started fresh. I contacted All About brides about a refund for atleast for the shipping and alterations. They werent willing to make it right.
