Great selection. Super friendly and helpful people. Good prices. Love the rescue groups that have space in the stores. Makes the whole place feel like more than just a cold store to buy stuff in. Makes me feel like they have a heart and soul. Makes me want to go there more, and be associated with them. And buy stuff to donate.

I had a horrible experience this evening when I went to pick up my dog from grooming saloon. When I reached the saloon, manager Charmin was cutting my dog's hair and she was halfway through when Iasked her ..isnt it too short and she screamed ..you are rude and immediately stopped working on my dog and dropped him down leaving him unattended and then went inside screaming....you are not welvome anymore...I was scrambling to leash my nervous dog and then when I complained to manager Dana, she said nothing can be done. I asked them to give in writing that dog is half done, she refused to do so. I would say never ever go to petsmart. I now read online thousands of complaints against them.I wish I saw these earlier. I am going to take this up very seriously.

Normally they are a great store with great customer service, this is not the case at this store.

we got to the till to be met by the most unpleasant assistant working in the store. she was rude and unpleasant from the moment we got to her till.

The on-duty ''manager'' did not know how to handle my complaint and just stuck up for the rude staff member, i was not having any of it and told him that it was not good enough and that from the moment we arrived, the twisted up and bitter look expression that greated us was rude enough, but we put up with it, until she began talking to us in a rude manner.

When i was telling the ''manager'' what was wrong, the other ''manager'' began shouting across from the other till saying that i shouldnt be talking about her workers in that way?!?! i was blown away by the rudeness of the staff at this place and the incompetence of both managers to address a customers complaint.
