The guy I spoke to sounded kind, professional and almost like he actually cared. He explained to me that I didn't have the experience for this clerical position but he will "present me in a different way" since I did have 3 years in customer service experience and that he'll get back to me. Well, it's been over a week and received no call back. I left a couple of voicemail messages and he never returned my calls. He could of had the decency to let me know I wasn't fit for the position instead of giving me a light of hope...All Talk!!!!
