O'Reilly Auto Parts

This place is spotty. I've gotten some decent parts there, but I've also gotten some pretty poor parts. The prices seem a bit higher than average. The service can be very good or terrible depending who you get. The manager is good, but I've had difficulty getting parts from a couple of the employees. Either they don't know what you're talking about, don't know how to look it up, or (worst of all) try to tell you what you need and get arrogant and huffy when you disagree. I've only had that experience with one employee, but it happens every time I deal with him and it's extremely irritating and time consuming. There is nothing worse than a parts guy who thinks he knows more about your vehicle than you do. Don't argue with me or try to "educate" me about what I'm running on my own vehicle, just give me the damned part I'm asking for! If you're looking for simple, stock late-model stuff, this place is probably fine, but for the creative parts swappers out there, be mindful of which counter man you get.
