Very pleased with this lab. Excellent friendly service. No appointment necessary for blood draw. Each time I have had blood taken I have gotten right in with no waiting, although the waiting room was clean and comfortable. Very nice and caring staff.



And the most important thing - no pain every time!



I had been to another lab in the area (Lab Corp) before I found High Desert in Prescott Valley. Lab Corp had long waits with a packed waiting room. Intake receptionists not particularly friendly - felt like a number only. One time a patient was upset about billing and was yelling at staff in front of all the people waiting. He was never taken to a private room for further discussion, and didn't seem to be given the information or help he needed. Very unpleasant experiences at Lab Corp.
