Buffalo Wild Wings

Im from out of town and came in during the basketball tournaments and the entire restaurant was packed I wanted to dine in but they were on a 30 minute wait. There was a young lady named bethany standing behind the counter that apoligised and offered to get me something to drink while I waited I declined and ordered take out instead. This young lady was extremely helpful she took my order asked if id like plastic wear and wet naps and just gave amazing friendly service. She started conversation with me while I sat waiting for my order which made me feel welcome and also called me by my name. When my order came out and I was leaving the resturant she told me "we hope to see you again soon". my over all experience here was great and my food was very good as well I will be coming back to eat here while were in town next month. Thanks b-dubs we can always count on you to have amazing service along with great employees!

It's so sad that the food is amazing but the servers are horrible I've been in here many many times and hate when my husband wants to eat here... We had a slow server every single time I was without a drink for 15 mins !!! And then to even come over to take a drink or food order was 20 mins every time !! I almost got up to order from the bar there actually present !!!!!!
Never go here such rude workers !
