Panera Bread

I was a frequent customer of this location until this morning. I placed a Rapid Pick - up order. I went in it wasn't ready( which, wasn't a problem ) so, I saw down, after sitting for a while I decided to get up and browse the baked goods. One of the employees walked over to get a spinach and bacon souffle (as I had ordered , as well... there were only 2 left ) during the process she dropped the first one but proceeded to package it until she noticed me walking closer while staring in her face, she then put it aside and picked up another one and continued on.... As I'm still waiting the employee at the front counter offers to assist me, I tell her my reason for being there. She finishes packaging / bagging another order, then stops to assist me, attempting to give me that souffle that the first employee had dropped. Which, should have been discarded in the first place , not sat back on the counter to be sold. I informed her of this.... I requested a refund immediately!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This is my new absolute favorite restaurant!! It is extremely difficult to find healthy, fresh, and delicious food when you eat out and Panera has it all! In the dozen times I've come, the service has been consistenly excellent.



I've eaten almost every salad, several of the sandwiches, and a few baked goods. All have been amazingly delicious.
