Dr. Hepperle and her assistant Zachary jones are very knowlegeable and compassionate proffesionals. They do an excellant job and. d give the amount of time needed with each patient. However, the problems in this office is with the stff. Never have I been so rudely treated and talked down to by people that are supposed to help with an individuals illness and care. They use no tact or manners when you are talking about your problems. And if you should call and ask that the dr. return your call, you will be told that that is not going to happen. I am on pain meds that dr. Hepperle has prescribed for me for an extended time due to chronic condition. One of the staff was asking what prescriptions I needed filled and I told her my pain meds. She looked at my record and mistakenly assumed I had taken all of my pain meds a week to soon and yelled down the hall to let the rest of the staff know about it. I told her she had better look at her records again. I was there a week early because of blood prssure problems. I am seriously considering finding another physician...
