MMC & Associates is a top-notch consultancy specializing in corporate coaching and leadership training. I have had the privilege of working closely with MMC over the past 4 years and have appreciated the insight and perspective that has been offered through coaching. Through this relationship, I have acquired tools that enable me to work with many different social styles always looking for shared interests between people and projects. I very highly recommend their services.

Very expensive without lasting results. Many people receiving leadership coaching for the next promotion by MMC have lost their jobs. It makes me wonder if the loyalties are with the employees or the management that is paying MMC big bucks. It would be great to understand the conversations behind the scenes that created so many job losses where MMC contributed their thoughts. I suggest that companies interview multiple business coaches to find the one that is right for their culture. MMC isn't in my top list due to the trust issue.
