Butler Automotive Repair

After calling around to numerous shops, seeing when the closest available time to get my car in would be. The man at butler automotive said that he could have it in his shop later that week. After dropping my car off and calling every single day after the day I was told it was to be in the shop. Never received a single call or message from the business, but the man claims he has plenty of times. After about two weeks goes by (calling every weekday) he finally tells me it's in the shop. After I realize and call back I ask him why it's just now getting in the shop and expressed why I was concerned. I was very nice and never rasied my voice or had an attitude and neither did he. But he was quick to take my car right back out of the shop and leave it right back where it was. Just another every day shop. Don't expect anything special, and definitely don't expect it to be quick process.

Great place to have any auto work done. I've been going here since I was in High School with my first car, I'm now a college graduate and I still call Kenny whenever I have any problems. The best part is that he is very knowledgeable and won't ever rip you off. Most recently, the repair work here has cost me half of the "Inspection Fee" quoted to me by my Auto Dealer before they even looked at my truck! My family has been using Kenny for at least 12 years, and I don't see us ever using anyone else. He has our business, and I hope he'll get yours too.

My husband and I have used Butler Auto Repair for many years. He has always given us the best service anywhere. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After my husband passed away, it has been extremely comforting to have such a trustworthy and honest person helping me with my auto needs. He will explain everything and his pricing is affordable.

I was sad when he moved his shop from 20 miles from my house to 45 miles away, but I would not go to anyone else. The trip is worth it and I don't mind making it.

My Daughter and I recently relocated to Georgia, our truck needed brakes,, and was very weary of finding a mechanic that would not take us to the cleaners, considering we are woman. I happenned to run across, Butler Automnotive repair on the internet, their adver6isement sounded good, so I stopped by and spoke to Kenny, the owner regarding my problem, what made him unique and made up my mind that he would become our mechanic? he suggested I check with the dealer ship to see if my truck was still under warranty for my brakes, that in it self speaks volumes, how many mechanics do you know would recommend such a thing? My truck needed a new rotor and the other had to be turned plus brakes, and was advised what had to be done to the truck in the near future, therefore. Thet are courteous and a friendly crew.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs a good and honest mechanic.

My car needed the alternator checked out. I drove to the shop. They were courteous enough to give me a ride home while it was raining. Within a few hours my car was finished and now runs as smooth as ever. The price I paid was affordable. The quality of the work is A-1.

The customer service is top notch. This a very professional business. I give it two thumbs up.

Kenny has a great shop and is very honest when it comes to your vehicle repairs- He also has the best prices in town.

If you need someone who is going to be honest with you about repairs you need, Butler Automotive is the place to go. Kenny is reasonably priced and doesn't force repairs on you that you don't need. I knew him when he had his shop in Marietta. Even though he has relocated to Powder Springs I will follow him out there.. I don't care how far away he moves!
