        The food and drinks are GREAT. My WHOLE family has been going there for YEARS. Now WE travel from VICTORVILLE. CA just to eat there . Very nice people and they have worked there for YEARS.

        Great family run restaurant with authentic mexican food & phenomenal Margharita's. Convenient location and close to everything in Poway. It's our families home away from home when we get together, and it will be yours, too. The best chips & salsa, just make sure you save room for the excellent food. Restaurant/Bar was recently passed down to their son Rene, who has been the head cook for more than 25 years, and is in the process of being renamed "Rene's". Definitely the best mexican food and cocktails in Poway.
