Founded in 1973, Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Centers is one of the leading fitness centers in the United States. It has more than 100 cardiovascular machines, including treadmills and lifecycles. The center offers back and neck programs for people suffering from chronic back and neck pain. It also provides pool and body training classes. Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Centers is equipped with personal viewing screens and over 70 MedX machines. It additionally features a cardiovascular theater, swimming pool, and basketball and racquetball courts. The center has a boxing room with heavy, speed and double-ended bags. It additionally has a work force of approximately 150 people. The center operates Healthy Brochure Library, which includes brochures on topics, such as shoulders, diabetes and arthritis.
