I hadn't run my boat for at least six years. It needed a lot of work. I was specifically concerned about the gas that has been in the tank for that long. Basically I needed them to clean things up and get the motor started.

I am very happy with the work that was done. I remembered how hard it was to start seven years ago so I was hoping that issue was gone! And it was.

I hooked it up at home to a water supply and cranked the motor! Fired up first try and ran great. No sputtering and no throttle hesitation! I can't wait to get it on the water!

I dropped off my outboard to have it serviced. It was idling poorly. I asked for a quote before any work was done because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to invest a lot in the motor. I was told the work could be done in two weeks.



After two weeks they had not looked at my motor and it took five calls over a week and a half just to reach someone. It took six more weeks from that point for the work to be done. I was quoted a price, but was charged eighty dollars more when I went to pickup the motor. The manager said, “Eighty dollars is really not that big of deal.” I pointed out if it wasn't a big deal, then he could charge me the price I was quoted. After some arm twisting, he agreed to split the difference with me.



A few weeks after the repair I used the motor only to find out that the problem was not fixed. I'm $700 poorer, lost almost the entire summer of boating, and my motor runs just as poorly as before.. Bad experience from every aspect. You’ve been warned.

Bought two scooters from this dealership. My friends also bought two scooters. All scooters were defective and ended up costing us quite a bit of an expense. These expenses occurred while the scooters were under warranty. Repair cost was excessive for the hourly charge by the dealership as well as parts. Time taken to handle matters was extremely slow and the dealership tried to get out of taking any responsibility whatsoever for selling us faulty or defective scooters.
