Mahoney's Auto Mall

My husband and I have been looking around for a year to find a reasonable priced truck in great condition . It seems like everything around the area was over priced and rusty or over 100,000 miles . Finally we found one at Mahoneys . The sales guy was very friendly and followed through with everything he said he was going to do. I would definitely go back and highly recommend checking it out .

First dealership in the area where a sales person actually came out to help me while looking. I worked with Jim who was absolutely fabulous to work with and patient with my process. I absolutely love my car. Jim made sure to introduce me to the owner and Maintence team. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to work with and have gone out of their way to help me. I would surely recommend Mahoney's.

If I could rank BELOW the worst rating I would! I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional bunch of people!! In addition they attempt to use some very underhanded sales tactics, if you are not paying attention you could end up with extra costs such as adding money to the purchase price then trying to convince you they upped your trade in value!!! I specifically would not deal with Mitch O'Brien or the big man "Con" himself! It becomes very apparent after a very short time that they don't consider every sale important or a potential future sale. I am disgusted with lack of response to immediate concerns. As a matter of fact I never confirmed a potential purchase and am STILL waiting for a return call or email! ( 1 week later) I have since purchased from another dealership who will get me return business as well! STAY CLEAR OF THE MAHONEY BOLOGNY!!!

My first time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership and I must say I'm very pleased with the service I have gotten and am still getting. Thanks Jim, David and the crew

I went to mahoneys to look for a minivan. Test drove one and liked it. Jim sat with me and filled out the paper work. I was nervous about my credit rating. They not only got me approved....But a great price and interest rate. I had my new vehicle within a week! My only real complaint is that they need more help. I was there a lot longer than I wanted to be...but am extremely happy now! And I have called there twice since the deal was complete...and Jim is always there to answer my questions. Thanks Jim so much!!

They are cheats. The pricing wasn't bad, but they are terrible with follow through. They will promise to do this and that and then never do it. We tried for MONTHS to get a warranty issue fixed (we bought the extended warranty on my husbands vehicle) and they kept forgetting to order the part and things like that. Finally when they stretched it so the warranty was almost up we contacted another dealership only to find out that the part was still covered under manufacturers warranty. They fixed our truck within a matter of days with no issues. And I have multiple friends/acquaintances who have been cheated by them as well

Always ask around before buying from this "dealer". I was told by several people not to purchase there and I did. That's my fault. They held my car until the 30 days were up did repairs under my warranty, maxed out my warranty that I purchased almost right on the dot. I am left now with a very untrustworthy car, Its scary to go anywhere. The service was good at first seemed very friendly, then the employees got very rude as I returned with a broken car. The Owner/salesmen acted as a third grader would when they were caught doing something bad. I never drove the car consecutively for more than a month without a problem. I Test drove the car with so few miles it would have been in a different warranty bracket, the next day there were just a few miles over to where it would be out of that bracket of an extra thirty days. I didn't even notice that. To purchase a car you shouldn't have to be a legal expert, a mechanic or a millionaire.
