Parkway Chrylser Dodge Jeep

Bought a new car from them 4 years ago found out it had a manufacturing defect in engine has had engine torn apart twice within last 8 months dealership fails to warranty engine any longer than power train warranty which is 100,00 miles they have been rude lied had me buy parts for cars that weren't needed worst dealership ever I will never buy another Chevy even the company won't do a thing there crooks

I'd recommend not even going to this dealership unless you want to waste your time. Purchased a lot of cars over the years but have never come across such dishonest salespeople who will tell you just about anything to make a sale. For weeks, we were stalled and just plain lied to continually until we finally asked for our deposit back and walked away. On our way out, an employee actually stopped us and said "they did the same thing to me." Went to another area car dealer who didn't play games and got just what we wanted. We'll never deal with Parkway again...ever! Gave them one star in the review because there wasn't an option for none.

Their customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2014 dodge dart brand new the sales man told me everything was fully functional including the built in GPS, come to find out it wasnt. I returned to get it activated they wanted to charge me $500 for something their well trained sales person told me was already set up! They wont even wave the cost even though it was a mistake on their half!
