        Overall

        I moved into a house with a pond there. My pump stopped working shortly after I moved in and my pond needed a cleaning badly. Mike returned my call promptly and showed up when he promised and was very professional and friendly. The reason my pump stopped working was because it was clogged with all the sludge form the pond. Mike got the pump working again and only charged me for the pond cleaning. I was also curious how to do the cleaning, so that next time I can try myself. Mike was very helpful in giving me pointers and tipes for the pond in general.

        Overall

        We needed our backyard waterfall and pond fixed. We had a leak in our system and we couldn't figure out where the problems were occurring. Mike with MetroPonds came to the rescue. He was very curteous, on time, and professional. He gave a fair quote and then stuck to his price quote, even after it was apparent that the work our pond required went beyond his original estimate. He went over the top and made sure our system not only worked, but looked great. In the end, we were very pleased his MetroPond's service and would recommend them to other considering work done on their system.
