        This was also on a Thursday night and Friday was a Holiday so they were not there for me to get my vehicle nor were they there Saturday or Sunday so I had to pick it up Monday morning well I was charged storage fees for all four days and they justified it by saying it was cheaper for me to pay for four days of storage than it was for me to pay a gate fee and would not even wave any fees. So I signed some papers and took my vehicle and went on with my day. Well when I was looking for my knife I could not find it after three to four times looking through my vehicle, so I called them and they claimed that they never saw it said the only person who got into my vehicle was the tow truck driver. So they had me talk to him and he said he never found the knife. Moral of the story if you do not want your personal belongings stolen and to be told that there is nothing they can do about it DO NOT GO TO Body by Scotty.

        I highly recommend Body By Sco...

        I highly recommend Body By Scotty! I brought my BMW 5-series in for an estimate after an accident and the BBS team was so helpful and attentive. I had just gotten this car and was worried about part of the car getting re-painted but they did a fantastic job and matched the color perfectly- you can't even tell it was ever damaged. When I called to check the status of the job, they were very helpful and said they would keep me updated- which they did. I highly suggest Body By Scotty whether it's for autobody or paint. Top notch service and the quality of work can't be beat! Thanks BBS!

        Horrible service

        My car got broken into and my insurance told me to take my car to body by scotty so i did, i got my car back 3 weeks later and it was still a wreck! They had tried to glue my steering colum covers together to get them to work, my steering wheel was bent and rubbed the colum covers, the paint didnt match my car from the dents they had pulled, they cracked my fender taking it to their shop and said it was already there, they gave me damaged pieces in my center console, my horn and cruise control didn't work. After I talked to my insurance again they give them one more chance to fix it, so i said ok thats fine. I get it back after another week and they had gotten me a new steering wheel that still rubbed, the sunroof was not seeting right, they had fixed the fender after we told them not to and they didnt put it back on right so my bumper and headlight are all messed up and my fender sticks out 1/4 of an inch from my car, they didnt tighten any of the bolts on the headlight either. If you have any respect for your car i would recommend taking it to a different body shop no matter what.
