Anchor Appliance Repair

This guy made an appointment with me yesterday morning and was a No Show. I called my warranty company and asked for a new company/device technician to send me someone who is responsive.



This guy would not even answer or return my calls.



Bad business practices. I could never recommend this company or this man. Ugh.

Don't waste your time & money. Purchased and paid for a used washer 11/5/2015 that was delivered 11/10/2015. Washer was filthy (tech said office gal must have forgot to clean- he will take care of it. (never came back). Washer does not drain completely, and has a horrible vibration. Despite numerous contacts "that the office gal will give to the owner" nothing has been done, & no return phone calls. I was advised they have a 100% warranty for 6 months; but what good is a warranty if they never return to fix, or at least call to advise why it hasn't been taken care of.

I bought a used dishwasher from Anchor appliance in Post Falls on November 23rd. Phillip went to install it a day or two later and realized he could fix the one I already had. We called and asked if we could return the machine for a refund and they agreed to it.



We returned the appliance and since then I have

been begging for my refund.



They said they had the check and kept promising to mail it but I never got it. So I went in in the beginning of February to get it. They fished it out of a drawer and off I went.



The check has bounced and now I'm so beyond frustrated I don't know what to do!

I purchased a washer and dryer from this business with a 6 month warranty. The washer doesn't work. After several phone calls, 3 confired repair date commitments from the owner, and a visits to the store trying to get the washer repaired. Jesse, the owner, has not even tried to repair the washer. This business is a joke with a bunch of false promises. Don't use or recommend this business

Run!!!!!!!!! this guy is a total scam!!! he will not return our phone calls after he promised to come back after he left our frig apart and charged us for a service call. we believe he was all talk and didnt really know what he was doing. he comes across all nice but its not true.
