Do not use this attorney. He caused me to file chapter 13 twice and he was still dismissed after the second time. He made me loose $2,000.00 due to his errors. The first filing it took him at least 30 days to file and he told me it would be a week. Because I was going to loose my Van he did an emergency file and he didn't do it in the correct order. So, the courts refused my case. His office said that has happened to several people. He was down right rude to me on the phone. His attorney ethics are inadequate. The second time, he filed that I would pay 100% of everything. Because of this I could not afford my monthly payments and the court discharged it again. He received $1,400.00 that could have gone towards my bills. I would take him to court for incompetence but I can not afford it.
