        The Seacoast Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization located in Portsmouth, N.H. The organization offers before- and after-school child care programs for students in kindergarten through grade five. Its corporate partners include Arten Technology Group, Gemini Electric, Jenaly Technology Group and Liberty Mutual. The Seacoast Family YMCA s family programs provide a variety of activities, such as parent s night out, cooking and pool games for children, teenagers and adults. The organization s YouthFit program offers health and fitness classes that include exercise and health concepts and weight room workouts. Its instructor aide classes prepare advanced swimmers to aide instructors in classes by breaking down strokes. The Seacoast Family YMCA additionally provides individual and group swimming lessons.
