They ordered the wrong color flowers for my wedding! I contacted them and they were really great with looking up flowers with me and choosing the best ones for my day. My maid of honor is a former florist, so we bought them in bulk and were to assemble the centerpieces and bouquets ourselves. I ordered BUBBLEGUM PINK spray roses and was EXTREMELY SPECIFIC. I have at least 4 or 5 emails were I reiterated the color and checked to make sure we were all on the same page. I arrived the day before my wedding and found they had ordered a deep magenta instead. I told them it was not the color I ordered, and they really didn't have much to say. I had no time to order new flowers, so I had to take them, then go across the street to Hannaford and buy flowers to mix in so everything wasn't so dark. I did email then when I got back from my honeymoon, just to let them know how I felt before I went nad made reviews, but of course the owner (not the person who ordered my flowers, of course!) told me she was sorry but there was nothing i could do about it. So not only were they the wrong color, I had to spend more to make up for their mistake! It by no means ruined my day, but I should have received a call or email to tell me what was up and maybe some new options.

Service until then was great, but if you are picky and very specific (as most brides are on their wedding day!), then not the shop for you. Very disheartened.
