        Overall

        I still remember that in the beginning of 2011, I went there early in the morning and I asked about one item to CHRIS SMITH, who worked for the night shift back then.

        He was so mean to me claiming that he was not there to give information to old people and that I should keep off him !

        Probably he had a bad night working...
