Almouie Pediatrics

BEWARE!

They claim they have "in house labs" but they send then to an outside lab without my consent. They prescribe antibiotics for my daughter and they said they will call me in 2 days to see if she continue with the antibiotics or not, but THEY FORGOT! I called several times and not one could tell me what was going on. My daughter took the medication for 15 days when she did not have to!!

But that is not all, the other lab is charging me a ridiculous amount because they are Dr. Almouie does not care. Now I have a collection bill, an over medicated daughter and no one returning my calls. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Terrible! I waited 30 minutes in an EMPTY waiting room. I was juggling my 1 year old and 4 year old - we were there for their wellness visits. When I asked how much longer it was going to be, the office girl said, "I don't know because we are short handed." Meanwhile, ALL 3 girls in the office were playing with someone's baby. Short-handed? How do you have time to play with someone's baby then? Will NEVER be back. This is in addition to TWICE that I went for sick visits, left without an answer and was told that someone would call me. The first time, they never called. The second time, they only spoke to me right at 5 because I had to be rude and explain that I needed an answer and a prescription that day. Never, never, never....

I will never go back, if u can lie straight to my face and think I don't know u are stupid. This has happened 2 times already,i did love going to them, not no more
