Tonys Bistro

I have went to this this bistro 2 times and each time was treated badly by the woman (must be an owner) who was taking my order at the front counter. Her husband makes a good sandwhich but she lacks all conception of customer service. The first time I tried to change the type of bread on a sandwhich from white to rye and she scowled and said the sandwhich would not be as good on rye and therefore I would have it on white. The next time I came in was with some business associates and as we were ordering I mentioned that I would not need a drink as I had my trusty water bottle with me. She said I should have read the sign by the door that says no outside food or drink is allowed on the premises. I understand that companies have to make a buck. She did not have to say it in such a rude way and she could have asked if I would like to purchase a bottle of water (which I would have done), but she did no such thing. She just stared at me and so I went and sat down and waited for my food. My business associates thought she was very rude and mentioned they had bad experiences here as well. Even though it is close to where I work, I will not be in there again.
