Portland Disposal and Recycling

I received a letter from Portland Disposal asking for me to contact their company to make payment arrangements. My deadline for doing so was November 18, 2010. I have called their office phone for three days, only to hear a brief message stating that the "mailbox is full, thank you" and then a complete disconnect. I began faxing my message to them, only to hear the same recording. The company provides no email contact service which seems odd, since the majority of businesses provide that capability. This company gives me a due date to contact them and when I make a good faith effort to do so, I am blocked at every turn. Can't wait to get home to see if they bothered to pick up the blue bin filled with recycling that I assume is a free service. I also notice that at the bottom of this comment area, there are required elements, including MY email address. Funny that they don't provide the same for their customers.
