General Info: Newport Bay Seafood Broiler, located at River Place Marina in Portland, Ore., is one of 11 Newport Bay seafood restaurants in Oregon and Washington. Its menu items include clam chowder, fresh Northwest salmon, Alaskan halibut, classic halibut fish and chips, chicken, pastas, salads and daily fresh specialties. The restaurant also offers a Sunday brunch with a fresh fruit and pastry buffet and made-to-order entrees. Newport also has a kids menu, wine list and happy hour specials.
