I just visited MBI for the first time today, and couldn't be happier with their service, repair, and price. I had to have an alternator replaced, which Mercedes quoted as $825. MBI quoted the repair as $520, then only charged me $430 when the job was done. You just can't be that.

The customer service is pleasant and attentive, without wasting any of your time. You will not be disappointed in taking your car here.

Just got back from another service today and my first under the new ownership. The family vibe remains, all the employees seemed upbeat and happy and the work was completed on time while I waited.

Kim and Corbin treated me like more than just a customer, and were respectful and so friendly. The work they did on my car was excellent and they went way beyond the usual routine for a repair shop. I would recommend MBI and their staff to anyone wanting great service and results.

I have found my new mechanic. He was indeed helpful and honest. I dropped off my car to get a transmission flush and the headlight repaired. I had it back within two hours and MBI Motors was half the price the dealer was quoting.

Sadly MBI has been sold and Sig and his signature lab coat are no longer there. I have been going to MBI with my Mercedes for over 12 years, was always dealt with fairly and trusted the guiding expertise of Sig over his shop.

On my last visit to this shop for an oil change, I experienced what was nothing less than cheesy used car pressure sales tactics as I was passed between a mechanic and a Sales "specialist". I was told I needed over $2,400 in repairs. Over Half of the repairs were ones that I had already completed a year ago (parts still shiny and in perfect working condition). Another repair that I was quoted over $400 for was actually a loose bolt. I decided to not challenge and escape with my car and my hand clutching my wallet.

This is no longer the Mbi that I have felt so lucky to live near.

Took my Benz in for some much needed maintenance and was really treated well. Got to walk around the car with the mechanic while it was on the lift and talk about all the issues and history with the car.

I cannot recommend this place enough! A friend of mine referred me to MBI a little over a month ago. I now refuse to take my 4 year old C Class Mercedes anywhere else.

I've been going to MBI Motors INC for the past 5+ years. At least half of my visits have been last minute requests for service and they have NEVER turned me away and I have always been 100% beyond satisfied with the service both mechanical and customer service I receive. The new management does a phenomenal job with running the place. Every service technician is friendly and knowledgeable. They get the job done for a really good price I must say. I would recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes.

I have taken my BMW here for years. From brakes to inspection, I get great service and the cost compared to other garages and dealerships is unbelievable. I have never had a problem or issue with any work from MBI Motors.

I was in a bind right before Christmas. My car was having electrical issues and I needed it fixed quick for all kinds of reasons. I dropped it off and when they called me up telling me the price it was a little out of my price range. They took the time to shop around to find the part at as good as a price as they could and were very efficient on the install time. They were able to do the job within my budget and over $150 less than any other place I called. They saved my Christmas!

Brought my car here a few months ago. They did a great job and saved me $300!
