General Info
* Brakes * Shocks * Alignment Aside from free brake inspections, we are a full service brake shop. From installing a simple set of pads to complete front and rear brake jobs, you can be sure that the job will be done right the first time. Shocks: Shocks are very important not only from a ride standpoint, but also the fact that worn out shocks can cause your tires to lose contact with the road (wheel hop), resulting in the possible loss of control, handling, and even braking ability. You may also experience excessive and uneven tire wear and cupping (shredding of tire tread). Signs that your shocks and struts may be worn: * If Your Shocks Have More Than 25,000 Miles On Them * The Nose of Your Vehicle Goes Down When You Brake * Your Vehicle Rolls or Sways Too Much When You Go Around Corners * Your Vehicle Continues To Bounce After Going over Bumps * The Strut or Shock Is Dented Or Leaks Fluid Alignment: Your vehicle being out of alignment is another problem that can cause uneven or excessive tire wear. Alignment is also needed when your steering wheel is not centered, or your car "pulls" from one side or the other. The basic or "two-wheel" alignment is when the front wheels only are checked and straightened as needed. The "four-wheel" alignment is when the rear wheels are aligned to the front. A four-wheel alignment is generally only needed when the rear wheels are out of line or the car is a four or all-wheel drive.

I wanted these guys to do a simple inspection of a used truck and I spoke with Tony and coordinated the whole thing for a Saturday morning. I told the guy who was selling the truck to go there first thing in the morning and he agreed. When he got there he was treated very rudely and no one seemed to care that he had an appointment and Tony acted, in the words of the seller, like a real jerk. I actually was not surprised when I heard this because when I first called to set up the appointment I could hear it in the guys voice that he was wanna-be tough guy and that he seemed too cool to care, like I was doing him a favor by bringing in my truck for an inspection. It wasn't even my truck yet and he tried to pre-sell me on new brakes! Listen, you can do what you want but I am hoping that you can see how well-written this review is and see that I took my time to write it so do the rest and STAY AWAY!

Overall

I was going to pay $500 to get my bearings and Hubs done at one of the most popular places in the north west, but my sister told me to compare prices, look up Google reviews and then make a decision. I decided to go with tire factory, Mark's tire factory best idea I've ever had thank you so much for the great service and thank you so much for the great prices $154.00! It does pay to do your homework. See you again next time I need help Mark!
