Geeks To Go

Called the geeks. They arrived on time and were very efficient and knowledgeable. They found and removed a bunch of spyware viruses on my computer that were making my internet not work right. They also did a tune-up on it and now it is like a new computer. Saved me a ton of time and money of not having to get a new computer. Very happy with their services and prices.

You know it's a bad when you go to check your email and your computer won't start. You know it's a good day when someone comes to your house to fix it. For me, it was both. Computer was dead. I called a place I had heard about from friends...geeks to go. They were so great. I know almost nothing about computers and they were so patient with me. Told me what was wrong, how long it would take to fix it and how much. It was a virus. Took 2 hours and cost about $100. I will use them in the future, too.

I've been to 4 places in Portland for computer repair and my computer still didn't work until I found Geeks to go. They did it right the first time and it only took them an hour to fix what 4 other repair places couldn't figure out.

I've been looking. Really hard. Went to Best Buy's Geek Squad. What a joke. Morons. And way to pricy, too. Especially when they didn't fix my laptop. Geeks To Go however, very different story. They came to house for cheaper than any other place I called. The work they did was real top notch. My laptop was slow and acting funny. They fixed it. It was like watching an artist work. So professional.

Talk about amazing! Leonard at geeks to go was superb. And I don't normally think of computer repair people as superb but leonard was. He removed upteen viruses, about a pound of dust from inside my computer and now I have a happy computer.

I searched high and low for a local company with a good reputation and finally found one truly deserving of it. Geeks to go is great. i got hit by the storm a few weeks ago and it fried most of my electronics in my house. The biggest problem with that for me was I thought I had lost all the pics on my computer. Now, I admit it, I was a bit scatter brain and crazy when I called the geeks, but the guy who answered was so kind and so sweet. He was patient with me even when I was nuts. He settled my down and sent a tech my way right away. To make a long story short. I had my pics back within hours. My computer was fried by the power surge from the storm, but somehow the beautiful wonderful man was able to retrieve my pictures and bring me joy in my time of crisis. A true hero in my book.

My computer went down at 6am. I called a friend for a referral and he said he used Geeks to go with great success. Called them and they were at my place a few hours later and my computer was up and running shortly there after. Amazing. This company is run like a well oiled machine. Use them, you'll be glad you did.

I've heard of viruses but I didn't think they would find their way to me. But they did. And did they! I didn't just get one, I got like 15. It was awful. My email was hacked, my pictures were missing and some important legal documents I needed had disappeared. In a panic, I started calling. After several unanswered calls I called my friend to see if they knew who to call. She recommended Geeks to Go. She said they were local and did great work. I called the number my friend gave me and a very nice man answered on the first ring. To make a long story short, geeks to go sent someone who fixed my computer and got back all the stuff that I thought I had lost. Thank goodness for this place. You should use them.

My computer was running very slow...really it had been slowing down for months so I knew it was past time to have it looked at. I talked to a friend who just had her computer repaired and said it was done by a local Portland company and the service was spectacular. I trust this friend a lot, so I set up an appointment to have someone come and look at my machine. Turns out it was out of memory and had some infections on it. The appointment was for 3:00 and right at 2:57 there was a ring at my door. The repairman was actually right on time. That was my first personal experience that this company was amazing. The service performed was quick and quite educational as the nice man explained exactly what he was going to do before he did each thing to make sure I was okay with it. Now my computer works better than when I first bought it. My friend who recommended Geeks to Go has been moved to the top of my "phone a friend" list.
