Completed disorganized! The workouts are great, but the customer service sucks. For their multiple locations, they have one phone number, and that phone number only goes to an answering machine that tells you to go to their website. When you ask questions from their website, you either don't get a response at all or get a roundabout response that doesn't provide any contact information or solution.



Secondly, their schedule has disappeared off of their website, and there is no way to know when the classes are. Since no one will answer the phone, I have no idea how I am supposed to know when the classes I paid for are happening.



Big waste of money. Go to BCOR.
